Moodew

Moodew is a Software as a Service (Saas) platform for business owners to have their very own customised web portals. The brand name ’moodew’ is derived from the word ’module’. Consumers are given an empty portal and add modules to their portal that is customised for their needs.

The logo designed for Moodew is inspired by building blocks of modules. The symbol is made out of a 3 dimensional cube that is enclosed and forms a uniform and angular hexagon shape. The edges of the faces of the cube are thickened symmetrically to create a letter ’M’ within the cube that represents Moodew and is a word mark for the brand. The negative space within the hexagonal shape subtly shows a box with a lid above it, to carry the idea of the brand’s tagline, ’Box It Up’.

A diversity of module blocks of different characteristics form the supporting graphics for the brand, where Moodew fits in perfectly anywhere in the grid.
